Hello, I am Bruce Dilbeck, Broker Associate. I have been a Realtor since 1986, when I graduated with a degree in Real Estate Finance. For the past 30+ years, I have dedicated my business life to my clients and their goals. My major point of difference is higher education. I earned my Broker's license in 1990 and have accumulated 6 certifications/designations since then. So many changes have occurred since the '80s in how we practice the business, represent our clients' interests, and live our lives. For me, they have been a lifelong learning experience that I can apply to simply do my job better.
DILBECK has been a trusted name in residential real estate in the Foothills of La Canada-Flintridge, Pasadena, and surrounding communities since 1963, when my father, Raymond T. Dilbeck, started Dilbeck Real Estate. My greatest blessing in life, next to my children, was my parents. I share that to help you understand what fuels my passion for this business.
Professionally, I have counseled and represented over 1,000 individuals. Many of those valued clients are repeat and referral business. My attitude from day one was to deepen my business relationships with every client whom I respect, and who likewise respect what and how I do this business. I am ready, willing, and able to provide references from my closings. I have a work ethic and follow-up like no other, and would enjoy the process of being interviewed to earn your business. I work in the Foothills of La Canada-Flintridge, Pasadena, and the surrounding communities.
I admit to being old-fashioned in that personal, hands-on client service comes first. Technology can make things more efficient, of course, but it cannot replace a face-to-face, hands-on conversation. The purchase or sale of real estate, especially single-family homes, is an intensely personal experience, no matter what walk of life you come from.
Part of my job is to make that experience as smooth and comfortable as I can during the sale of your home or in the whirlwind process of house hunting, contract negotiations, inspections, and the loan and escrow process. I am there for my clients, representing their interests as if they were my own, when I am needed and standing aside when I am not.
The other part of my job is to help my clients understand and interpret the documents involved in their transaction, their responsibilities under them, and those of the other parties.
Each transaction is different in some way. My goal is to try to make this a fun and rewarding experience for my clients. It doesn't always work out that way, as transactions are not conducted in a vacuum and everyone's priorities are different.
Personally, three of my wonderful children, now adults, were raised in La Canada-Flintridge. I have a 5-year-old now who fuels my passion for our family business. My goals are simple: continue helping generations of families during their turning points in life.
For almost 10 years, I have hired independent firms to get honest answers about the services we provide. Since 2011, I have maintained a 100% satisfaction rating (5.0) with QSC and, most recently, Real Satisfied. My business has never been about the quantity of transactions, but about the quality of each relationship. My clients' testimonials say it all.
